The Suntell support team including Ryan, Tami and Stefanie are an awesome group. Not only are they very passionate about the Suntell company and products they represent, but want to make sure it meets all the needs of our bank as efficiently as possible. The care they show and personal touch is well beyond a typical support team, they are truly a partner in our success. Following a recent system update it was detected that all of our proposed loans and presentations had disappeared. Upon contacting Suntell support all available resources were put on our case to determine what went wrong. When it was discovered a bank employee had inadvertently deleted them in some cleanup work, Suntell quickly and happily helped us reload the system from the backup to get the data back and then reprocessed the update against the system. There were no charges for extra work that was caused for them. We were back up and running all updated again in quick fashion, and best of all everyone involved from Suntell was very courteous and their only concern was with getting us back up and running with no blame or aggravation.
