We have been with Suntell for one year and their customer service has far exceeded our expectations. Implementation was an easy process and it was not time consuming. When we have needed support with the system, the support team is there to help you in a very timely manner and do everything they can to resolve your ticket that same day or at least within 24 hours. They also listen to their clients. In our short time with Suntell we have seen a lot of huge features that have come from banks asking to see certain features.
